THIS is an electric car called the Owl.
Dare we say it looks a real hoot.
Especially as the Japanese company that make it, Aspark, say it will be the fastest accelerating electric car in the world.
Aspark say the “overwhelming acceleration power” will hit 62mph in less than two seconds. That’s barely more than a blink of an eye.
To give you some context, the Tesla Model S P100D currently manages 0-62mph in just over two seconds.
Aspark have given very little other detail after from saying it will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week.
However it was revealed that it features a full carbon fibre body and magnesium forged wheels, and it sits less than a metre high – about the same height as a Formula One car.
Disappointingly, no details of how many cupholders or how big the boot is.
