We will happily admit that we are very excited about the new James Bond film, SPECTRE, due for release on 26 October. Not least because of the cars.
Throughout its long history, the quality of the vehicular action in the James Bond franchise has varied massively. But the Daniel Craig era has been something of a purple patch.
You will, of course, be aware by that SPECTRE features the first car built exclusively for Bond, the achingly pretty Aston Martin DB10. Based on the V8 Vantage, only ten have been built – Aston is keeping hold of one, another will be auctioned off for charity and eight were used for the film.
This video goes behinds the scenes to look at how the DB10 has been used. Suffice to say, we doubt any of them are still serviceable.
