- Global authority recognizes Bentley Americas region
- Over 95% scores achieved in every survey category
(Reston, VA., October 16, 2018) Bentley Motors, Inc. has been certified as a Great Place to Work for 2018. Bentley Motors, Inc. is responsible for brand development, marketing and sales in the Americas and currently employs more than 40 colleagues based in Reston, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C.
The recognition comes from Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace cultures, following a review of Bentley Motors, Inc. in which current employees’ feedback was measured through an anonymous survey. The report rates the quality of the business based upon on the company’s current Challenges, Atmosphere, Rewards, Pride, Communication, all of which Bentley Motors, Inc. scored above 95% positive.
Further survey questions revealed 100% said they felt proud to work for the brand and that they worked in an environment where people cared for each other. Other key factors contributing to the rating include colleague benefits such as the car scheme, holiday shutdown, and the on-site amenities.
