YOU can stick your chocolate egg hunts.
This is the sort of Easter I want.
The 51st annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari will unearth a range of new concept off-roaders created by Jeep and Mopar in Utah.
It starts next Saturday for just over a week and it usually attracts thousands of Jeep geeks driving along some of the most iconic US roads and trails.
Mopar, a parts division of the Fiat Chrysler Autos who own Jeep, were thrown down the gauntlet to produce some new concepts from current Jeep parts.
When you give design teams a blank canvas and lots of Red Bull, this is the result.
There’s a host of new models including a Jeep Grand One, Jeep Safari and even a Jeep Illuminator because of its powerful lighting.
There was also a Jeep Quicksand for those who “love the sand life”, whatever that means.
But it does look like something that Mad Max would hoon about in and that makes it a winner.
Jeep’s Mike Manley said: “It’s truly a labour of love for the Jeep team to develop exciting, capable concept vehicles each year for Moab and the Easter Jeep Safari.
“We look forward to the reaction and feedback from enthusiasts and our most loyal customers as these new Jeep concepts are put through their paces on the trails in Moab.”
Right, I’m off to Utah.
