Ever wondered how fast a monster truck is? Well, Chris Hall has set a new Guinness World Record of 99.1mph. Which is pretty fast in a machine that weighs five tons and stands ten feet tall.
But then, Chris’s truck, Raminator, does have 2,000bhp. Which is a lot in anyone’s money. It wasn’t even modified for the attempt, which fell just short of Chris’s 100mph goal.
With non-existent aerodynamics, Raminator looks a bit wobbly towards the end of the run. And we dread to think what stopping it felt like.
