Rob Collard had a near-perfect weekend at Donington Park in the Team JCT600 BMW 1-Series, finished sixth in Race 1 then winning Race 2 in typically fighty style.

Starting from sixth on the grid, Rob catapulted through to grab third by the first corner, then set about hunting down the cars ahead. He bided his time, finally picking off erstwhile leader Mat Jackson in the closing stages of the race. He followed that performance with fourth in Race 3, which netted fourth in the points table.

Only Motors’ roving BTCC reporter, Lewis Maundrell, caught up with Rob after his Race 2 win.

Graham King is the web editor which basically means if it's on this site and it looks great then he had a lot to do with it. If it looks rubbish then that was done on the one day a year he had off. As a quiet man who loves everything about cars, Graham is not known for his talking or walking which is actually kind of ironic because his name appears in both words. Currently you will find him clicking on a mouse vigorously and uploading his passion all over the site.
