Yep, with the final production car pictures released of the Aston Martin Valkyrie this week, it’s time to have a look at the new fastest cars on the planet.

Because the Aston has made a sensational new entry straight in at No2.

Just 30 years ago the top speed belonged to the Ferrari F40, which in 1987 topped out at a blink over 202mph, now the new Bugatti Chiron can reportedly go straight from showroom to 261 mph – suggesting 300 mph is not too far down the road.
