IT’S the Little Tikes car for adults that is up for sale for almost £25,000!

This is the grown up version of the kids car that was built by Oxfordshire brothers John and Geoff Bitmead.

The modified Daewoo Matiz includes an airbag, headlights and mirrors, takes petrol, has a tax disc, and can reach speeds of up to 70mph.

They spent hours making this Little Tikes star into a street-legal version. When it was first built a few years ago the brothers hoped it would raise money for charity.

But it never sold near their estimation – the top bid was £15,000. Now they’re trying again at a cost over the top of a Ford Focus or Vauxhall Astra.

Surely Richard Hammond would love this. It’s about the right size!
