Strakka Racing has been one Britiain’s biggest success stories in international motor racing since it was established in 2007. Racing in the Le Mans Series and FIA World Endurance Championship, they have taken pole positions and wins at circuits across the globe.

Central to Strakka’s high-tech facilities near the home of British motorsport at Silverstone is its ultra-sophisticated racing simulator. The team’s WEC and World Series by Renault drivers use the sim to prepare themselves for their races and test new set-ups, with the luxury of taking as much time as they like.

Though it is largely used by seasoned professionals, you can in theory use Strakka’s simulator to teach a complete novice how to drive a racing car. Only Motors put it to the test by sending Tall Tim, a man with no known driving ability, to have a go.

Graham King is the web editor which basically means if it's on this site and it looks great then he had a lot to do with it. If it looks rubbish then that was done on the one day a year he had off. As a quiet man who loves everything about cars, Graham is not known for his talking or walking which is actually kind of ironic because his name appears in both words. Currently you will find him clicking on a mouse vigorously and uploading his passion all over the site.
