Likewise, the bravest, most committed rally driver in the world doesn’t compete in the world championship. It could, for instance, be this guy, driving a Volkswagen Gol on local events somewhere in South America.
Alright, he gets himself into a bit of a mess, taking the crest too fast on the wrong line, but he keeps his foot in as the car bounces through the undergrowth and drags it back onto the road.
